I have applied with all required info. for my farm and still have yet to here from National grid on if i would recieve the rate reduction. Talked with a National Grid employee and he said he would e mail my concerns to the proper channels in there company , still have not heard anything relevent to this project.National Grid seems to very poor in following up on customer satisfaction and Ag. discounts etc. If some one has a farm and has experienced this same problem , please leaave me a comment.
    Thank you in advance.
