Conservancy News: February

Why do you love the land? Because it serves as a place of respite? Because it feeds us? Because it is a source of beauty and inspiration?

How do you show your love? By putting out food for birds? By planting milkweed for monarch butterflies? By taking a friend to see one of your favorite places?

Caring for a place and those who call it home is a feeling, but it’s also a challenge to make that feeling tangible by doing good deeds. This month, in honor of Valentine’s Day, let’s celebrate our love for the land!

To love a place is not enough, we must find ways to heal it.
