Little Explorers

Little Explorers: a monthly program for ages 2-6

Due to concerns about group gatherings, the Little Explorers program’s in-person gatherings are on hold for the foreseeable future. We will update this page with digital learning resources so you can participate virtually, though! You can also check out our Education Resources page for kid-friendly activities.

We will meet at a Public Conservation Area, read a story relevant to the theme, and then go explore! We will be looking for wildlife, examining plants, and engaging with some of what we learned from the story. Parents or caregivers are required to stay for the duration of the program. Older siblings are also welcomed to come. Please bring weather appropriate, layered clothing (including hat, gloves, rain gear), sturdy shoes or boots, and a snack and drink.  Maximum capacity is 15 children. Visit the CLC Events Calendar to register!
