Join CLC and Certified Sound Practitioner Glendy Yeung for a special morning connecting with nature and connecting within.
One of the ways we are nurtured by nature is via the ebbs and flows of complex sounds and vibrations. Whether it is songs from the birds, trees, wind or a gentle stream, sounds touch on our nervous system in a positive way to elevate our state of being.
Starting with a gentle walk/hike to explore the land and open sky with our eyes and ears, we will conclude the experience with a deep sound journey using sound healing instruments and all nature has to offer to relax, unwind and help us connect deeply for inner peace.
Difficulty level: Easy. We will take a slow, mindful walk at Ooms. Paths are grass, and flat. Site may be muddy after rain.
What to bring: Camp chair/yoga mat/packable blanket to sit on, water, sun hat, sunscreen, bug spray, a light shawl/blanket to cover the body, an eye pillow if you are sensitive to the weather.
Capacity: 20; Please follow all COVID-19 safety protocols.
