Forest Health Workshop

March 7 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Are you concerned about the health of your forest?

Join the Columbia Land Conservancy and other forest professionals to learn about pests and pathogens that can impact your forest, like emerald ash borer, hemlock woolly adelgid, and others.

Jason Denham, NYS DEC Supervising Forester with the Bureau of Invasive Species & Ecosystem Health will be giving a presentation on invasive pests and pathogens affecting forests of the region, as well as some on the horizon. Additionally, we will be providing information on resources and smartphone apps you can use. Participants are encouraged to bring in pictures and questions you have about your trees!
