Nature Night: Befriending Invasive Species

February 6 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

Join artist and forest farmer Tanya Himeji Romero of Woodland Pantry in an evening of discussion around misunderstood and often under-appreciated invasive plants. Tanya will discuss her unique approach to “befriending” invasives and will share her playful perspective on these “overabundant and underutilized” plants. Together we will contemplate how to reconsider the potential uses of these ever-present plants and how to broaden our ideas and options around proactive land management.

Space is limited, please pre-register.
