Reading the Forested Landscape

Join CLC and Tom Wessels, author, and environmentalist, as he leads an interpretive walk to “read the forested landscape.”

What to expect: Participants will be walking the trails at Overmountain Conservation Area and stopping to listen to Tom talk about the ecological features and historical land use at different spots.

Things to bring: Water, weather-appropriate clothing & footwear, sunscreen, and a smartphone
