Farm is currently set up for horses or other livestock. Currently includes dappled boer goats, moonspotted nigerian dwarf goats, and Randall cows.
Will need additional water well or irrigation pond for crop production.
Owner lives on edge of property, no other housing available.

Formerly a horse breeding farm. Other livestock on grounds including chickens, goats, cows and sheep.
Fencing is currently set up for livestock, with 3-5 functioning paddocks for goats, cows or horses, plus several smaller outbuildings.

Limited well access at 8 gallons/min.
2 pole barns:
40' x 30': 6 horse stalls with center aisle and hay loft storage. Water and electricity.
50' x 35': 4 horse stalls along one wall, remaining space open. Water and electricity. Plus 12' leanto along entire length and diesel fuel tank.
Farmer housing description
No housing at this time, but there are sites available for trailer, cabin or other mobile structure.
1980's 75HP tractor with brushhog. Other smaller equipment for mowing, weedwacking, etc.
