We are on a main Road with plenty of flat frontage, gentle slope to barn area; close to Routes 55, 22 and 52; close to Taconic and I-84. Very accessible yet private.
Farm history / past uses of the property
milk and beef cows, poultry, horses, hay, compost; no pesticides since purchase in 1993 and none know prior.
There was tension fence for horses and subsequent tenants cut into it etc; poles are still pretty much intact; can use solar electric fencing

well, ponds, streams which may or may not run low during hot months; ponds can be dug out
barn has three stalls, room for more; electric, room for machinery storage and hay storage
Farmer housing description
none-but if tenant wants to fix at their own expense the existing mobile trailer to live in, which can be remodeled which takes work, trailer had electric and septic.

There is a two car garage with electric near the road which can be used to sell products grown/produced on the farm-excellent use for farm stand.
We are looking for an established farmer who needs to re-locate or expand; some one who will responsibly farm the property and keep it neat and tidy and who has the financial ability to farm.
