Nature Quest opens at eight Public Conservation Areas

Ready, set, Nature Quest! Explore and learn about the animals that live at each Public Conservation Area and complete fun activities!

Nature Quest will be live at every Conservation Area (except Ooms and Greenport) by October 31.

What is Nature Quest? Scroll through the map below to learn more about Nature Quest and the sites you can explore. Bonus Quest: Find the Squirrel at the end of five Nature Quest trails and take a picture. Use #CLCNatureQuest when sharing your pictures!

How do we participate? Pick up or download and print your Nature Quest book, then you’re ready to head out to the trails! Books can be downloaded here, picked up at the CLC office, or one of the partnering libraries listed below. Then pick one (or more) of ten Public Conservation Areas to visit. Follow the Nature Quest trails as you read the poems and activities to learn about each site and the critters that live there. Don’t forget to look for squirrels!
